As a Chef de rang, you will:
• Prepare the dining room and the tables for service, methodically and ensuring it is aesthetically pleasing
• Manage orders to optimise table service
• Welcome customers, guide them to their seats, explain the menu
• Serve dishes at the table with care
• Reorganise the tables and the dining room at the end of service
