As a Sommelier, you will:
• Note the fine labels that enhance the Epos Bistrot cellar and know that the perfect bottles for guests who have just taken their seats are hidden there
• Support and ensure sommelier services throughout the service in the Restaurant
• Ensure a personalised quality of service to each Guest, advising and guiding them in their choice of wines.

Nice to have
- Knowledge of English (considered a plus)
- High-level oenological skills, tasting techniques and pairings
- Certification of Sommelier and/or member of an Association
