As a Chef de Cuisine, you will:
• Specify your vision of cooking to your staff, propose new recipes, cooking methods and methods for presenting dishes
• Prepare menus, making sure to change them regularly according to the seasons or trends
• Manage the kitchen staff, organise the general lines of work
• Be responsible for the hygiene and cleaning the kitchen
• Schedule purchases, check grocery requirements, and examine the quality of incoming merchandise
